Ingredients
Avocado Crema

Instructions
Shredded Pork
  1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on either high for 6 hour and or low for 8
  2. Half way through turn the pork over
  3. When fully cooked, shred the pork with a fork. Mix together to coat with the sauce
Avocado Crema
  1. In a blender mix together avocado, juice of one lime, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add avocado mixture to the sour cream and mix until smooth and incorporated. Season to taste, avocado flavor should shine through with a hint of lime.
Cilantro Slaw
  1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients and season with salt and pepper
Pickled Red Onions
  1. Mix together vinegar, water, salt, sugar and spices in a sauce pan and bring to a rapid boil.
  2. Pour the mixture over the onions and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Place the bowl in the fridge and let it continue to marinate for another hour.
To serve
  1. Heat the soft tortilla in a pan until pliable
  2. Spoon of the avocado Crema on the tortilla and spread evenly
  3. Place the tortilla around the hard shell and press to seal.
  4. Serve with all of the components and let your guests build their own tacos
