Roasting corn is one of the easiest methods to cook corn on the cob. Its a leave it and turn them every once in awhile kind of method. What makes it so easy is that you can leave the corn in the husks, throw them on the grill and let them cook themselves. When I grill corn on the cob, I completely char the exterior without fear that I’m going to burn the corn on the inside. While in the husks the corn is steaming itself to perfection, and the charred exterior is imparting some of its smoky flavor.
